These terms apply to Window Peeper AI Video Generator at windowpeeper.pro, last updated October 24, 2026. By creating an account, purchasing credits or submitting a generation request, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

The service and eligibility

Window Peeper creates synthetic window-scene videos from authorized reference photographs and scene instructions. Generation uses APIMart and its configured Seedance model. We operate independently of other websites using similar descriptive names; no affiliation is implied.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use the service. Keep your login credentials secure and report unauthorized account use through in-app support.

Images, consent and acceptable use

You must own or have the necessary rights to upload the image and use the likeness of each person depicted. Use only consenting adults. You authorize the processing and transmission of your image, prompt and settings to the generation providers for the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit intimate or sensitive private photographs, images of children, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not use generated content for harassment, nonconsensual sexual imagery, identity fraud, deceptive impersonation or fabricated evidence. This is a fictional creative effect, not a tool for representing actual surveillance of someone in their home.

When sharing a realistic video, identify it as AI-generated and comply with the publishing platform's disclosure requirements. You are responsible for the rights needed for any music, logos or other material you add outside the service. A purchase does not provide a music license or a guarantee that all uses of an output are legally permitted.

Output limitations

AI results can vary and may contain distorted faces, hands, objects or movement. Reference photographs and timing instructions guide generation; they do not guarantee identical likeness, exact actions or frame-accurate execution. Processing times vary. Check the supported duration, aspect ratio and resolution shown in the product before submitting.

Review outputs before sharing. Do not describe a generated event as a real event. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, copyrightable in your jurisdiction or suitable for a particular commercial use. You retain any rights you already hold in your input; any rights available in an output remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights and provider terms.

One-time purchases and credits

Launch packs are $9.90 for 1 video generation (10 credits), $19.90 for 3 (30 credits) and $29.90 for 5 (50 credits). These are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Each video generation consumes 10 credits. Review the final amount, currency and any applicable charges at checkout; the displayed checkout offer governs your purchase.

Credits are service units used by your account and are not cash or an investment. A completed generation counts as a use even if its creative interpretation differs from your preference. Do not purchase based on an assumption of unlimited free revisions or a guaranteed visual outcome.

Failed tasks and refund requests

When a task is confirmed as failed, the credits consumed for that task are returned once. A still-processing task, an unavailable temporary link and an imperfect completed result may require investigation rather than an immediate failure classification. Do not repeatedly resubmit a pending request.

For a missing credit return, duplicate charge, unused pack or other monetary refund request, open an in-app support ticket with your order and task identifiers. We review monetary refund requests manually, considering payment status, usage and applicable consumer rights. We do not promise automatic approval or a fixed processing deadline. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Availability, records and account restrictions

The service depends on external providers and may experience queues, errors or interruptions. Provider-hosted media links may expire, so download available completed results you wish to retain. Retention and external image accessibility are explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict requests or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, legal requirements or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction or account record is incorrect. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from service interruptions, reliance on AI output or your publication of generated content. This does not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date, and material changes may also be announced through the service. Questions about these terms or an existing purchase should be submitted through in-app support.
